About

Ceylon sapphire, sourced where it forms

We are a small gem operation built around Sri Lankan sapphire: buying rough in the field, cutting locally, and showing every stone with video and stills before you make a descision.

Why Sri Lanka

Rough we actually handle, not resale mystery

Most of what we list is Ceylon sapphire: blues, pastels, yellows, and padparadscha from the gravels around Ratnapura and Beruwala. We are in those markets regularly, buying crystal we can stand behind, not finished stones with a story we cannot verify. When the colour or cut is right, we keep it in the collection even if it is not a textbook cornflower blue.

Mine to listing

Short chain from pit to your screen

Rough is chosen in person, then hand-cut by Sri Lankan faceters we work with often. Before any wheel work we decide what the stone can honestly become: face-up colour, inclusion character, and a shape that keeps weight without killing the hue. Every listing gets turntable video, stills, and 360° frames where we have them, filmed under daylight-balanced light so you judge the stone on your phone, not from a polished sales photo.

Collection & auctions

Browse fixed listings or bid live

The main collection is here on the site: open a stone, watch the media, inquire on WhatsApp, agree a price, and we arrange invoice and shipping. There is no checkout cart, we sell trade-style, one stone at a time. International buyers receive a landed-cost estimate (stone plus export, freight, and your estimated import charges) before payment. Separately we run timed live auctions. New pieces often preview in our WhatsApp group first; then bidding opens on the site by fixed price tiers until the countdown ends.

Straight notes

What we write is what we mean

Heat status is on every card. Clarity language matches what is in the crystal, silk, feathers, zoning, and heavier texture when it is there. We would rather lose a sale than oversell a stone. Spinels, garnets, chrysoberyl, and sapphires from other regions appear when we find them on the road; they are listed with the same media and the same plain notes on treatment and origin.
