What we say on the listing is what we mean. We deal with trusted mudalalis and cutters in Sri Lanka, check the crystal in person, and state treatment and material plainly. When certification shows TBA, the stone has not yet been sent for a formal report; you can certify independently, or we can arrange certification through our lab partners.
Full lab reports typically cost LKR 5,000–8,000 depending on what is required: origin confirmation, memo cards, and similar checks add to the fee. On commercial lots we often skip a certificate to keep the price fair; on important stones we use credentialled partners.
Our trusted labs include AGTL (Beruwala and Colombo) and CGTL in Colombo. Ask us before you bid if you want a report arranged; we will quote the lab fee separately.

How bidding works

Choose a fixed price tier and submit before the countdown ends. The highest tier with a bid wins. Lower tiers stay on file as backup if the leader cannot complete the purchase.

This auction runs here and in our private WhatsApp group, bids from both channels count together. A bid is a serious commitment to pay at that tier if you are selected as the winner.

If you win, we contact you on the WhatsApp number you provided and agree payment there.

Sri Lanka delivery

After confirmed payment we aim to release the stone to your chosen carrier within 2 business days. Release means handover to the courier or post office only, not delivery to your address.

Four island options: standard courier (not insured, LKR 400–500), registered insured post (LKR 800–1,200), secured express via Pronto or SITREK (LKR 2,500–3,500), or free collection by appointment.

Shipping fee is confirmed in WhatsApp before you pay.

International export & landed cost

Your winning bid is the stone price only, not what you pay at your door. Export from Sri Lanka is through licensed NGJA channels; we can manage packing, documentation, and handover.

Landed cost adds export, freight, insurance, and your country's import duty, VAT/GST, and brokerage. We quote a full estimate in WhatsApp before you pay.

Returns

Returns are handled case by case. We review genuine misrepresentation individually; preference on colour or face-up look alone is not grounds on its own.

Use the listing video as your inspection before you bid. Colour preference, change of mind, and normal natural variation are not grounds on their own once the stone has been sent.

If a stone proves synthetic, materially misdescribed, or drastically different from what we showed, contact us promptly; we review those cases individually and in good faith.
